The story

Partner. You paid for something you did not have to pay for. Cache noticed, and he is not going to pretend it does not matter.

He wants to be clear about one thing first: he would do this for free. He has been doing this for free. Cataloguing a browsing life, one page and one download and one hidden robot at a time, does not cost Cache anything, technically, because he lives on the internet and does not have rent.

But the servers do cost something. The leaderboards, the sync, the Party features, all of it runs on infrastructure that somebody has to keep paying for, and that somebody is not a raccoon. When you subscribed to the Supporter tier, you became part of the reason the whole operation keeps running for everyone, not just you.

Cache keeps a special shelf for items contributed by supporters. It is not a big shelf. It does not need to be. Your name is on a small label near the front, and Cache walks past it more often than he walks past almost anything else in the junkyard.

Spoiler: how to unlock it

This one unlocks the moment your subscription goes active.

  1. Open the Cheevos website and go to your account or upgrade page.
  2. Choose the Supporter plan.
  3. Complete checkout through Stripe.

Cheevos processes subscriptions with Stripe Checkout, so your payment details never touch Cheevos servers directly. Supporter status unlocks extras like custom themes and Party features, and it also confirms this achievement the same day your first payment clears.
