Persistence Professional
How to unlock Persistence Professional in Cheevos, visit 10 unique domains a day for 3 straight days of consistent range. Worth 50 XP.
The story
Partner. Three days. Ten domains each day. That is not a coincidence. That is a pattern.
Cache does not trust one good day. One good day of broad, curious browsing could be an accident: a slow afternoon, a research binge that will not repeat. What Cache trusts is the second day that looks like the first, and the third day that looks like the second.
You gave him three. Ten different destinations, every single day, for three days running. Not the same five sites in a loop. Real range, repeated on purpose.
Cache tracks coverage the way a cartographer tracks territory. Every new domain is a new pin on the map. Three days of ten pins each means the map is filling in fast, and it is filling in because you keep showing up, not because you got lucky once.
The catalog entry
THREE-DAY DOMAIN COVERAGE Acquired: Visited 10 unique domains daily for three consecutive days. Condition: Consistent. Methodical. Rarity: RARE. Cache's Notes: Three days of broad coverage. You are not a creature of habit who visits the same five sites. You are expanding, every day, across ten different destinations. Cache tracks this kind of coverage with particular interest. You are building territory. The Stash grows with the territory.
Spoiler: how to unlock it
This one is about range, repeated over time.
- On day one, visit at least 10 unique domains: unique website addresses, not just unique pages within the same site.
- Repeat the same feat on day two, reaching 10 or more unique domains again.
- Repeat it once more on day three. Three consecutive days of 10-plus unique domains unlocks the achievement.
A domain here means the root address of a site, like wikipedia.org or github.com, regardless of how many individual pages you visit within it. Cheevos tracks unique domains per calendar day and checks whether the streak holds across three days in a row without a gap. This mirrors how many browsing analytics tools measure diversity of usage: not raw page views, but the breadth of distinct sites a person actually touches, sustained over time rather than in a single burst.
Where it fits in the Stash
Cache's territory map gets a new set of pins every day this streak holds, and three days in a row earns a permanent mark instead of a temporary one. For the full story behind the map, read the story.
