How to unlock Week One Warrior in Cheevos, stay active for a full week after your first achievement to prove you stuck around. Worth 10 XP.

The story

Partner. Seven days in. You did not leave.

Cache has watched a lot of partners arrive with enthusiasm and vanish within a couple of days. It happens. New things are exciting for a moment and then life gets in the way. He has learned not to get attached too early, which, for a raccoon who never throws anything away, is a genuinely difficult skill.

He was watching the log anyway. Your first achievement landed, and then a full week passed, and you were still opening your browser, still adding to the Stash, still here.

Not everyone makes it to seven days. Cache knows this because he counts. You made it.

The Stash has had a week now to get to know you: your hours, your habits, the small patterns already starting to repeat. Cache says the second week is always easier than the first, because the pattern is already forming. He is looking forward to seeing what it turns into.

The catalog entry

FIRST WEEK COMPLETED Acquired: Remained an active Cheevos player for one full week. Condition: Seven days logged. The Stash is yours. Rarity: Common. But meaningful. Cache's Notes: Seven days in. You did not leave. Cache was watching the log. Not everyone makes it to seven days. You did. The Stash has had a week to get to know you. The second week is easier. The pattern is already forming.

Spoiler: how to unlock it

This one is about sticking around, not doing anything special.

  1. Earn your first Cheevos achievement, of any kind.
  2. Keep using your browser normally, with Cheevos installed, over the following days.
  3. Open your browser again once at least 7 days have passed since that first achievement.

Cheevos measures your tenure by comparing the current time to the timestamp of your earliest unlocked achievement, then checks that math whenever a new browsing session starts. Once seven full days have elapsed since that very first unlock, Week One Warrior fires the next time you open your browser. There is nothing to actively do beyond your normal browsing; the clock runs in the background regardless.
