Every session. Every achievement. Every tab count, every scroll distance, every quiet 3 AM visit and every triumphant streak, all of it logged since the day your very first achievement unlocked. A year is a long time to be anyone's partner, and Cache does not take it lightly.

He has labeled the folder with your name and the year, the same careful handwriting he uses on everything in the junkyard. It sits among a small collection of similar folders, one for each partner who has made it this far. There are not many of them. The annual archives are some of the most complete records in the entire Stash.

Cache is not sentimental about most things. He is sentimental about this. A year of someone's browsing life, handed to him one session at a time, without them necessarily meaning to hand him anything at all. And here is the part he likes best: this one comes back. Every year you stay, he opens a new folder, and the collection just keeps growing.

Spoiler: how to unlock it

This is Cheevos's longest-running achievement, and it is designed to repeat.

  1. Earn your first Cheevos achievement, of any kind.
  2. Keep browsing with Cheevos installed for a full year.
  3. Open your browser again once at least 365 days have passed since that first achievement, and repeat every subsequent year to unlock it again.

Cheevos measures tenure from the timestamp of your earliest unlocked achievement and checks it every time a session starts. Once a full 365-day multiple has passed since that first unlock, the achievement fires again, so year two, year three, and beyond each trigger their own Cheevos Anniversary. It is one of the few achievements in the game built to be earned more than once, on purpose, as a running record of how long you have stuck with it.
